team building

this week we did some team building for which we did some different challenges one of thy examples is staking with out touching them.
  but we had a rubber band with string  so we could pull then and extend the rubber band
this is my team doing the cup staking







there was also a marshmallow and spaghetti tower challenge
           this is my team doing the marshmallow and spaghetti tower


Team building is very effective-it helped me work in a team.
